Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the KinkyInsider website. By browsing the site or creating an account, you accept them.

Adults only

The site is for people aged at least 18, or the age of majority in their country if higher. By confirming your age on entry, you certify that you meet this condition.

A free service

Browsing the guide, creating a member account, posting reviews and claiming a listing are free. If paid offers are introduced one day, their terms will be shown to you before any commitment.

Member account

A member account lets you post reviews under a pseudonym. Your email address is never displayed. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for what you publish.

You can delete your reviews or your account at any time from your member area.

Reviews

A review must describe a real, personal experience. It must not contain links, email addresses, phone numbers, insulting, discriminatory or defamatory remarks, or information that identifies another person. You may not review your own venue or a competitor, or post a review in exchange for any benefit.

Every review is read by our team before publication to check that it follows these rules. We do not check that the author actually visited the venue. All compliant reviews are published, whether positive or negative, in chronological order with their date. A venue's average rating is calculated only from these published reviews.

The venue concerned may reply publicly to a review. A rejected review is not published; its author is informed in their member area.

Venues

A venue can add or claim its listing. We ask for proof that it manages the venue, and every request is approved by our team. The venue guarantees that the information it provides is accurate and that it holds the rights to the photos it sends. It authorises us to display them on KinkyInsider for as long as it is listed.

Photos must not show explicit nudity, sexual acts, or identifiable people without their consent.

Parties

Organiser members and venues can submit parties. They are published after approval by our team, which may refuse them if they do not follow these terms.

Prohibited content

The following are prohibited on KinkyInsider: any offer of prostitution or escorting, any content involving minors, any non-consensual practice, explicit nudity, hateful or violent content, and more generally any illegal content. We remove such content and may suspend the accounts concerned.

Ranking and promotion

Venues are ranked by distance when you search around you or a city, otherwise by category and city. No payment affects this ranking. Any promotional placement is always labelled “Sponsored”.

Liability

KinkyInsider is an information guide. We are not a party to dealings between you and venues or organisers, and we guarantee neither that information is always accurate nor the quality of the services. Everyone remains responsible for their own safety and consent.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change, in particular when paid services are introduced. The version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law.
