City-run beach on Seurasaari island, founded in 1906 about five kilometres from the centre, operating mainly as a naturist beach with separate fenced areas for women and men. On Wednesdays and Sundays it is shared by all and swimwear is required. The island is reached by a footbridge from the mainland, opposite Meilahti.
