Former sand-pit lake created when the A28 motorway was built, east of Bad Zwischenahn, with free access. The municipality has designated a section for FKK bathing, in addition to the sandy beach and lawn. Dogs, camping and barbecues are not allowed, and the water is tested every two weeks in summer.
